Deposit & Final Payment Terms
A deposit of 25% is payable upon contract agreement, with the balance due no less than two weeks before the event. We also provide customizable payment arrangements for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, all fees paid are non-refundable. For cancellations occurring less than six months before the event, an additional payment will be required to cover completed services and the loss of the reserved date. If the event is deferred, our contracted services can be reallocated to a new available date (refer to Postponement Terms).
Postponement Policy
If the event is rescheduled, we will suspend all services at the time of postponement notice unless a new date is given. The payment schedule will be redefined upon declaration of the new event date. To restart services after a new date has been set, an additional payment will be necessary at the time of service resumption.
